| Playing Dress Up: Preschool Activity |
| To encourage your toddler or preschooler to have an active imagination, you may want to play dress up with them. Dress up is nice, as you have a number of different options. For starters, you are urged to examine the items that you already have in your home. After a close examination, you may be surprised with how many items you can use. As a tip, don’t throw out any old clothes or accessories, such as handbags, wallets, and so forth. These items can later be used for a fun game of dress up. In addition to using the items around your home, there are a number of items available for purchase that are designed especially for dress up. These items may include a builder’s hat, a tool belt, a princess gown, or a princess wand. For cheap dress up clothes and accessories, you may want to examine costume sales in the days leading up to and the days following Halloween. |
