| Paper Bag Costumes: Preschool Activity |
| If your toddler or preschool loves making paper bag puppets, they will love making paper bag costumes. Paper bag costumes are relatively easy to make, as you will find that you have a number of different options. This first step in doing this fun preschool craft project involves getting grocery size paper bags. Your local supermarket may have many on hand. You will then want to cut holes for your child’s head and arms. You will want to do this first to make sure that the paper bag fits over your child properly before they start all of the work. Speaking of the work, you have a number of different options when it comes to decorating. Younger children may enjoy coloring or painting their paper bag costumes. You may, however, want to try an outline of pants and a shirt. Older children may enjoy using felt and other fabric patterns, as well as fake fur or hair. Once you have a number of paper bag costumes made you and your family or your child and their friends can put on paper bag costume plays! |
